Delete your LUFI account

How to request account deletion

1. Open the LUFI app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open Profile or Settings.
4. Select Delete Account or Request Account Deletion.
5. Follow the instructions and confirm your request.

Data that will be deleted

When your deletion request is completed, the following information associated with your LUFI account will be permanently deleted:

• Your LUFI account and profile information
• Your email address and authentication account
• Your conversations and messages
• Your saved memories and personalisation data
• Your relationship and bond progress
• Other user-generated content associated with your account

Data retention

LUFI may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or regulatory purposes. Where retention is required, the information will be kept only for the period necessary to meet those obligations and will not be used for advertising.
