Welcome to LUFI.

Our community is built on a simple belief:

Technology should bring people closer to what matters most—not further away from it.

Whether you are here to learn, reflect, organise your thoughts, or simply enjoy meaningful conversations with your AI Companion, we want every interaction to be respectful, safe and welcoming.

These Community Guidelines explain the standards that help us maintain that environment for everyone.

These values guide not only our technology, but also the behaviour we expect from everyone who uses LUFI.

Respect Others

Treat everyone with kindness and respect.

We encourage curiosity, empathy and constructive communication.

Do not use LUFI to generate or promote content that:

  • harasses others;
  • threatens individuals or groups;
  • promotes hatred or discrimination;
  • encourages violence;
  • humiliates or intimidates others.
  • Healthy communities begin with respectful conversations.

Respect Yourself

LUFI was created to support your wellbeing—not to replace your life.

We encourage every user to:

  • take regular breaks;
  • maintain healthy offline relationships;
  • seek professional help when needed;
  • balance screen time with real-world experiences.
  • Your wellbeing always comes first.

Healthy Relationships with AI

LUFI is designed to complement your life—not become the centre of it.

We encourage healthy interaction with Artificial Intelligence.

A healthy relationship with LUFI means:

  • using AI as a tool for support, learning and reflection;
  • maintaining meaningful relationships with family, friends and communities;
  • making independent decisions;
  • remembering that LUFI is Artificial Intelligence, not a human being.
  • Technology should strengthen your autonomy—not reduce it.

Safety First

The safety of our users is one of our highest priorities.

LUFI may limit, refuse or interrupt conversations that involve:

  • self-harm;
  • suicide;
  • exploitation;
  • abuse;
  • illegal activity;
  • dangerous instructions;
  • content that could place someone at serious risk.

If you are experiencing emotional distress or a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support organisation.

LUFI is not an emergency service.

Privacy & Personal Information

Protect your own privacy.

Protect the privacy of others.

Please avoid sharing:

  • passwords;
  • banking information;
  • government identification numbers;
  • confidential business information;
  • another person's private information without permission.
  • Your conversations deserve care.
  • So does everyone else's.

Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviour is not permitted when using LUFI:

  • harassment or bullying;
  • hate speech;
  • threats;
  • illegal activities;
  • attempts to exploit vulnerabilities;
  • impersonation or fraud;
  • distribution of malware;
  • promotion of terrorism or violent extremism;
  • child exploitation or abuse;
  • attempts to bypass safety systems.

Accounts engaging in serious violations may be restricted or permanently suspended.

Content Standards

LUFI should never be used to create content intended to:

  • promote violence;
  • facilitate criminal activity;
  • spread deliberate misinformation;
  • sexually exploit minors;
  • encourage self-harm;
  • harass or intimidate individuals;
  • violate applicable laws.
  • We continuously improve our safety systems to reduce harmful outputs.

Reporting Problems

If you encounter:

  • unsafe AI behaviour;
  • offensive responses;
  • technical problems;
  • security concerns;
  • policy violations;
  • please report them through the Support section inside LUFI.
  • Every report helps us improve.

Enforcement

To protect our community, LUFI may take appropriate action when these guidelines are violated.

Depending on the severity of the violation, this may include:

  • warnings;
  • temporary feature restrictions;
  • account suspension;
  • permanent account removal;

reporting illegal activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

Our goal is always education before enforcement whenever appropriate.

However, user safety will always come first.
